Hello!

We are Liz and Guillaume. After long travels in life and around the world, we came back to the USA.

In beautiful San Manuel, AZ we have created a successful cottage bakery. Then we moved to Yachats , OR selling our bread to local bakeries, markets and food coop closely working with wonderful Blythe Collins at Bread & Roses.

Finally, we are now here in Eugene building our bakery. We hope to bring some good bread for our people around. Come Find us at 570 Lawrence Street, Eugene OR.

Unless mentioned all our products are vegan. Sourdough give them outstanding flavor, texture and nutritional qualities. We are the humble heirs of a long tradition of Europeans bakers. We use our unique knowledge and our great passion to hand-make an exceptional produce. Please stop by and try it!

Liz is from New York and she has lived all around the world. As a teenager she worked in a bakery and it has not left her heart since then. She is certified “Grand DiplĂ´me in Classic Culinary Arts” by The French Culinary Institute in New York.

Guillaume is from Nice, France. He has too lived in many places in this world. He was trained as a baker by “L’Ecole Internationale de Boulangerie” in France where he got the highest French boulanger certification. He his also certified by “L’Ecole Francaise de Pizzeria” for Pizza. He has worked in traditional bakeries in France, Switzerland and Germany.

We are now putting both our passion and our joy into bread-making. We commit ourselves to bring it to the wonderful places and communities where we live now.
