12/2024: We have found our own space in Eugene, OR.

We are opening our new bakery at 570 Lawrence Street in Eugene!
We are excited to tell you that we have moved to Eugene OR.
We will be opening soon at 570 Lawrence Street, 97401, Eugene, OR.
We will be importing an oven from France.
We hope to be open in March 2025, we will keep updates in this wonderful new adventure.

01/24: Panettone Sourdough Brioches are here!

The Everest of baking
100% Italian sourdough but not sour at all. These brioches are rich in butter, sugar and eggs yolk but they are incredibly light and flavorful.
Thanks to the unique fermentation process, they also keep for weeks.

Hanging upside down
The fragile product is so leavened after 3 days of care that it need to hang upside down until it is completely cooled.
It would collapse if not…

A joyful 2024…
We are happy to spend a new coming year in Oregon. Good life bread is wishing the same joy to you wherever you are!

Our road is always continuing!
As we will continue our regular production with the love and care we give to it, we are starting the year with new projects.
Some new breads and brioches will certainly appear on our table during this year.
We are also looking for a bigger space and oven, and we are getting a small mill to grind ourselves some of our grain!
11/23: Our Autumn Originals are selling at Bread & Roses in Yachats, OR!

Buckwheat and Cranberries
The acidity and sweetness of the cranberries are well balancing the rusticity of the buckwheat in this beautiful dark loaf.

And an “Runner” loaf
A great loaf filled with hazelnuts, walnuts and figs, excellent source of energy for a forest run or of comfort for a nice cheese tartine.
We had a stand outside for Yachats mushroom festival.







09/23: We Are moving to the Oregon Coast!

We are leaving the desert…
After such a great adventure here, and so many wonderful people, it is time for us to move forward.
We had also a lot of difficulties to find a right oven and a right space.

…For the coast of Oregon
But the good news is that we will still be baking, in collaboration with Blythe at Bread and Roses in Yachats, OR.
This is a new exciting adventure for us and we are taking it with joy and enthusiasm!
